Biography:

Matthew J. Holowatsch is a lawyer practicing in Hamilton-Wentworth and the Regional Municipality of Niagara. MH Law provides legal services to individuals and businesses located throughout the Greater Golden Horseshoe Area. ​​​​​​​Mr. Holowatsch is a proud member of the Niagara Board of Trade and Commerce, the Hamilton Law Association, the Welland-County Law Association as well as the Ontario Bar Association. Originally from Welland, Ontario, Matthew “Matt”, is fully fluent in French and maintains strong ties to the Niagara Region and surrounding areas. Following his graduation from Brock University where he obtained an Honours Degree in Political Science, Matthew attended law school at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, and is a graduate of the Dual JD Program – he holds both Canadian and American Law Degrees. Following law school, Matthew completed his articles of clerkship in Welland, Ontario with a small firm centered on transactional law, where he was exposed to real estate law practice as well as corporate and commercial transactions and contracts. His experience with civil litigation stems from his work at a firm in Niagara Falls, Ontario where he focused primarily on real property disputes, commercial disputes, employment issues, and small claims court matters.
